"Dear Gopal,
I myself often find it hard to regulate my nervous system and stay grounded if there are many people, drama, noises etc around and it feels as if I at some point get flooded by the visual and acoustic sensations and maybe even the energies of other people.
Many people would call that a high or higher sensitivity. What is your opinion and experience about that? Is this high sensitivity a concept of the mind or are there really organic or neurological differences between bodies which you have to consider and take care of as a higher sensitive person (for example avoid certain overstimulation activities)?
