"Dear Gopal, thank you for the opportunity to ask a question.
I've been watching your videos for more than a year, over and over again.

Let me just briefly say something about myself, for once:
I am 72 years old, according to my (today's) assessment I was hard developmentally traumatized. My life was hell with severe physical illnesses, accidents and social problems. I have never dealt with any spiritual practice like meditation or yoga etc. 1 1/2 years ago I went to a naturopath. He gave me globules, which I still take.

One evening sitting in an armchair with my eyes closed, a transparent column rose up along my spine, causing the top of my skull to bulge. I got a shock and opened my eyes and it was over. I asked my naturopath what that could have been and he said it was the kundalini. Then I googled it.

In a video you talk about Kundalini-Yoga, about risks and effects.
Gradually I noticed a lot of changes in myself and 5 people told me without being asked that I had changed in a positive way. There wasn't a single negative effect. I actually feel like I am reborn.
What made the kundalini awaken? My "study" of your videos (top-down) or the globules or both?
