Why the Filibuster Exists

I find it funny how the democratic party feels they have to change the rules to win. They have given up on bridging the gap. They now think they have power so they just want to steam roll. The filibuster and the Senate exist, to bring balance to the system. They check the weighted power of the House of representatives. The weight of the Senate is equal each state gets an equal vote. I personally would like to see the filibuster go back to the old ways. You want to filibuster, fine. You have to keep talking for the next 10 days straight no bathroom breaks, no sleep, no nothing, keep talking.
