I've been on the fence about buying a Tesla. The technology is amazing, but the fit and finishes as well as problems or lack of customer service stories deterred me. I was always wanting to purchase a MODEL X but then the MODEL Y came out and I thought why not save some money. When that model released, there were many reported problems.

Finally, I went and got a 2020 Tesla MODEL X as our family needed a second car. In this video, I go over Tesla's unique car buying experience.
