30 Minute Beginners Yoga, I Need to Chill!
Hello friends, so this is this where your search lead you? I'm honored and must say I completely understand! 2021 was a heavy year in so many ways. I feel extremely blessed at the same time I have had tragic loss my emotions have been on a roller coaster. . I am optimistic about 2022. This evenings session is a relaxing beginners yoga flow perfect for a bedtime yoga flow. I created this sequence that allows for us to open up tension areas that hold stress and make us feel blah. During this session we will do a nice wrist warm up I like to do before I do my personal practice. We will do a few twists and focus on a few hip openers. Join me for 30 minutes on our mat and lets relax together.
