Easy Lasagne Casserole

Simple, delicious and LOW CARB!
Ingredients:
1-1/2 lb ground beef or sausage
1 C chopped onion
1 C chopped mushroom
6 cloves minced garlic
1 lb ricotta cheesa
1 lb shredded mozarella cheese
Optional: package of boursin cheese
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
3 C cooked pasta
3-4 C pasta sauce
Parmesan cheese
