Stand Up Southeast Minnesota Patriots: Komrade Kim Norton and Compliance Through Fear and Coercion

Kim Norton unilaterally imposed a mask-date on the City of Rochester and has made businesses responsible for enforcing it at the threat of losing their licenses even though there is no criminal penalty attached for individual citizens!
Worse still many churches in Rochester are tucking their tails betwixed their legs and complying with Komrade Kim's demands! This is the epitome of disgusting slavish behavior that makes me wonder if the Rochester Area churches worship the God-head or their tax-exemption and the State!
