Prophecy is a gift of the holy Spirit that whosoever desires will have as taught and promised by the scriptures.

Ezekiel chapter 37 teaches us how we all as children of God can prophesy things into being.

Romans 4:17: As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not.

Jesus said in lLuke 11:13 "As bad as you are, you know how to give good things to your children. How much more, then, will the Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"
