WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL IS FORCING STUDENTS TO WEAR MASKS IN NYS PART 1

After two years of wearing masks at our schools, there is no end in sight where this will end. Schools, Department of Health, State Education Department and the Governors OFfice have no plan to end this any time soon.

While thousands of schools all over the country, and even this state, have made it illegal to force masks, and they aren't wearing masks safely, schools in this state still require them for all children, whether they can medically tolerate or not.

Below are the questions to present to your School Board, Superintendent and School lawyers. Demand that they answer these very rational and logical questions. If they don't or refuse to, at that point you can initiate other measures to hold them accountable. We will provide those details in follow up videos.

Questions for School regarding masks:

1. Show us your research and studies supporting masks work to slow spread of Covid.
2. Have you performed analysis of contagions, pathogens, virus, bacteria on masks worn by children for varying increments?
3. Have you educated children on how to properly wear mask and not touch it?
4. Is the school performing oxygen level testing on all children?
5. Is the school aware of the negative consequences of oxygen deprivation caused by wearing masks?
6. Has the school communicated with a certified Inhalation hygienist?
7. Does the school have a running log of all children going to the nurse with all the negative effects caused by wearing the mask?
8. Does the school know how many children have sought professional medical and psychological treatment for conditions associated with wearing the mask?
9. Is the school aware of all the negative consequences of wearing a mask for prolonged periods of time and have they reported this to every parent?
10. Does the school have any documentation supporting the forcing of wearing masks for prolonged periods of time as being safe?
11. Have School Officials Provide all documentation, research and evidence for
a. Issuing Mask Mandates
b. Issuing Injection Mandates
c. Any curriculum issues
d. Any decisions rendered
e. Oaths of Office
f. Bonding
g. Insurance
2. School Lawyer will be required
a. To show and prove why they are making the recommendations they are
b. If citing liability, they must
i. Prove where any school district has been sued for this
ii. Show that any parent has the ability to sue the school for their concerns
iii. Show where the law allows a parent to sue for their concerns
