The Free Men Report Mentioned in Detroit News

Today, the Detroit News released an article misrepresenting a TFMR broadcast, in which Barry Croft spoke from a Newaygo County Jail in Michigan. The Newaygo County Jail is where Mr. Croft and his co-defendants have been held WITHOUT BAIL, for some 15 months!
The Detroit News inaccurately calls Barry Croft a "National 3% leader" and mischaracterizes his statements on TFMR's program.
If you watch the broadcast in question, Croft says nothing out of line, nor does he "bash" the Judge. He merely questions the Judge's bias by asking why the Judge has denied all the defense's motions for evidence and otherwise, even after that same defense uncovered MASSIVE misconduct had been discovered on the part of the FBI! He also raises the question of impeachment of judges, which is not a direct attack but simply raises a constitutional question.
