BLACK MORTGAGE APPLICANTS NEARLY TWICE AS LIKELY AS WHITES TO BE DENIED, STUDY SAYS

First of all allow me to say that this article offended me deeply. Their narrative is preposterous and is absolutely demeaning to black Americans. They admit that they didn’t even research equal factors across multiple categories and simply found a disparity between white applicants and black applicants and then jumped to the conclusion, as Marx would have, that this disparity is do to discriminatory practices based on race. I realize that Marx attributed disparities to class and not race, but his modern followers interchange race and class based on which is more beneficial to their cause of destroying order. What this research does expose is a fact of life that we are all subject to no matter our race, economics, ideology or political leanings - and that reality of life is; we are all a product of our individual choices. You want to do better then choose better. You want to be better then choose better. Stop blaming others for what you are responsible for and stop waiting for someone to come save you when you are unwilling to save yourself.
