Yoga n' Dat??? (yoga watch along)

Enjoying food is my priority but I like to do other things, this channel is dedicated to food but will occasionally have miscellaneous (n' Dat) topics.
I talk briefly about how yoga has helped me calm my mind and stave off bordem during the covid/quarantine period and how it provides structure for me. (no hippie stuff i promise!)
