Now, let's break that down. You never wanna pitch the gatekeeper or even let them know what it's about. As soon as you do, their salesperson alarm is gonna go off and you will get curved or asked to "send an email."

So what's the solution?

You wanna imply you're friends with the owner.

How do you do that?
