Prayer for Confessing and Releasing your emotions etc

Just going to show you guys another way to pray and see a change in your life through breaking away from things experienced.

I had used this prayer the first time and it was quite powerful i couldnt stop crying from how deeply it affected me so just want to show you guys how to pray and how to see from another perspective that you can pray over your water and your light and your spirit etc.
