Joe Biden didn’t want Democrats to end the filibuster back in 2005, but that seems to have changed

Joe Biden said back in 2005 that he prayed to God that the Democrats wouldn’t end the filibuster when they take power. He was accusing the Republicans of supporting a power grab. However, now Joe Biden is pushing his fellow Democrats to end the filibuster, so clearly he has reversed course!
