Lankford, Braun Lead 39 Colleagues In Overturning Biden’s Vaccine Mandate

On Wednesday, November 3, 2021 Senators James Lankford (R-OK) and Mike Braun (R-IN) led more than 39 Senators to formally move to disapprove and nullify President Biden’s vaccine mandate on private companies and their employees under the Congressional Review Act, the official process for Congress to eliminate an Executive Branch rule.
