The two upstate GOP lawmakers talk about how FEMA denied, for a second time, money to those who requested individual and business flood damage claims, in the Steuben County towns hit by flash flooding on August 18th. O’Mara and Giglio say they are appealing to Governor Hochul for financial help for these individuals and business owners.
