Bob Chiaradio has proven to be a solid and engaged resident that often presents both challenges and failures of the Westerly, RI School Committee and the system involving the education of children.

RICAS scores highlighting the poor performance in RI Schools because of concentration of social issues and not instructional time with reading, writing and arithmetic. School board members Mr. Garceau and Alicia Storey named as principles that have failed the Westerly school district.

Procedures to remove offensive and pornographic materials from the school library require unresolved discussions with Michael Hobin first before forms can be submitted by parents to remove those materials.

Judicial Watch filed APRA for communication and emails between Rhode Island Association of School Committees and the Westerly school committee chair.
