The Dumbing Down America

It's glaringly obvious to anyone who is over 60 that the American education system has been transformed into something that is barely recognizable. American children are no longer taught how to think critically, but are taught what to think, and to accept those ideas without question. They are not taught how to succeed and prosper as individuals in a free and open society, but to be part of a collective where they owe no allegiance except to the State. Basically, our nation's education system has been transformed into Neo-Marxist indoctrination centers where kids are taught to consume, to conform, and to obey as adults. Basically, our Sovietized school system is set-up to produce obedient tax slaves and selfish consumers, not critical thinkers who will pave the way to a better future.
