I really like this squatting variation, I just need to find a better and more efficient setup to do it in. I am literally doing it on beer crates, so they tend to move around a lot. It is REALLY easy to lose balance, so it is an extra test in stability as well, while also working the quads greatly with less weight, and decompressing the spine, while giving it a brrak from axial loading, which I think is necessary at this point, due to my lower back tweak. If I can't get a more solid and stable setup figured out, I will probably just do the Hatfield variation to save some frustration. Let's see if this pays some dividends!
