That Time Obama Thought We Had 60 States

There's a video of Barack Obama where he gave a talk in Oregon. It's known as the video where he thinks we have 57 states... but no - it's worse than that. Most people don't listen to the implications of what he said after that. He REALLY thought we had 60 states.
