Rehydrating Beef Stew Mexican-Style

Rehydrating some freeze dried, Beef Stew Mexican-Style from batch 180.
This batch was freeze dried about 6 1/2 months earlier using our Harvest Right freeze dryer. It was bagging in a 2 quart Mylar bag with oxygen absorbers.
Freeze dried food will stay fresh for many years and be ready and waiting when you need it.
