I'm in Cucuta, Colombia on the Venezuelan border. More desperate Venezuelans are leaving their homes every day. Some are eating garbage to survive. But they don't want to stay in Colombia either. Here I discuss the factors which decide whether they go north to the United States or south to Chile.
