BUSINESSES REQUESTING YOUR COVID-19 VACCINATION STATUS AS AN END AROUND TO FORCED INJECTIONS

HR Departments all of Western New York have created a deadline that would give us the impression that they are colluding with one another to get you to think you have to submit your injection status.

You do not have to, nor can you be compelled to provide your injection status, or any medical condition to your employer. This amounts to medical discrimination and a violation of HIIPA law.

Why would these employers want your injection status. Because they want to use it against you in the same way not being injected has been used against nearly every other market sector, including medical professionals. If they have this on file, they can easily give this information to the government and others, and they will use it as a justification to have you terminated.

They are employing the same playbook they have all over the country and this state to enforce compliance. They are being incentivized financially to do this. This practice needs to be outlawed and everyone involved needs to be held accountable.
