Newsom Summed Up His State Looking at the Rail Car Looting Aftermath, “Like a Third World Country”

It wasn’t the tent cities and shanty towns in California having Newsom saying his state looks like a Third World country. It wasn’t the piles of human shit on the sidewalks. Nor was it the used needles on them and people shooting up that had him saying something like that. It wasn’t anything along those lines on the long list that should have him saying that about his state. What lead to him saying it was his looking at all of the trash left over from people looting rail cars as a result of the policies him and his administration have enacted.
