Trying to assign labels to images added to an existing dataset

I used SageMaker Ground Truth to label some images. I imported them to Rekognition. I made a model. I want to add additional images to the dateset and label them.

I was able to add the images easily enough. However each time I label multiple images, only one of the selections is added. Not all the images I labeled are actually labeled.

Any advice is appreciated.
