Death by ventilator and then what?

A dear friend has died by ventilator and I feel that she was murdered by our profoundly sick system. When things are profoundly sick, we have to speak about it otherwise, are we ok with communism? Because communism will kill us all and expect us to put up with it. I come from a sick communist hellhole so I know.
