Fretboard Geometry // Intervals 2 and b7

Here, I show how scale degrees 2 and b7 are related to interval 1 (the "tonic") in each key. These intervals are called the "major-second" and "minor-seventh," respectively, and they have a happy sound.

In this video, you'll see how they are laid out on the guitar fretboard -- so you can play these patterns in any key. And with color, it's super simple to understand the underlying theory of these scale degrees, and how to play them on the instrument.
