Post Falls resident, Jeff Lackey gave public comment on what he thinks the county should do regarding a possible change in the form of Kootenai County government. He is against the change in county government.

This was part of an Optional Forms of Government Commission meeting to listen to public comment on consideration of changing Kootenai County's form of government.
