Vinny Archer is the co-owner of THE V SPOT in Scranton, and one of the most colorful characters you'll ever meet. THE V SPOT recently had a fire and they have been closed for a few weeks. A few local businesses along with NEPA SCENE got together in support of the THE V SPOT at PECULIAR KITCHEN in downtown Scranton.
