Athearn Blue Box ACF Hopper Rebuild Start to Finish

We're going to take an Athearn Blue Box ACF Grain Hopper car and totally rebuild it from start to finish. We're making our own decals and putting them on. We're going to paint it with a paint brush using Citadel Contrast Aggaros Dunes paint over white primer. We'll be using acrylic floor polish to seal our decals before using a Krylon UV Matte finish. We'll be using a bunch of Amazing GOOP to do various tasks. This is a great place for any new modeler to start.
