स्थानिक स्वराज संस्थांच्या निवडणुका या ओबीसी प्रवर्गाच्या आरक्षणाशिवाय घेण्यात येऊ नयेत अशा शिफारसीचा ठराव विधानसभेने एकमताने घेऊन तो राज्य निवडणूक आयोगाला पाठवावा, असा शासकीय ठराव उपमुख्यमंत्री मा. अजित पवार (Ajit Pawar)यांनी मांडला. या ठरावाला सर्व सदस्यांनी एकमताने मंजुरी दिली
