How can that be?

The United States has had 6 presidential elections in the 21st century, 3 were won by Democrats, and 3 were won by Republicans. In every election that Republicans won, Democrats accused them of cheating and stealing the election. This means the only fair elections in this century are the ones that Democrats won. How can this be?
