1 Onion
2 Big Jalapenos or 4 Small
3 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
