WHY ARE NYS SCHOOL AND PUBLIC OFFICIALS ALLOWED TO BREAK THE LAW

The State Education Department, school officials and public officials are being allowed to break the law in our state. There is no law on the books that allow schools to mask our children. Even after a court decided to put an end to masking in our state, the SED and the Governor of NYS decided to immediately appeal that decision. Why would they do that?

The NYS Department of Health has come out and stated Covid-19 mitigation strategies are no longer going to recommended by their department because of falling Covid-19 cases in hospitals.

When will the personnel in these schools and the State Education Department be held accountable for doing all of they have put our children and parents through. The insufferable have gone on long enough, and yet school officials are still forcing children and parents to endure this. Even though nearly no other state in this country does this to their students, and in spite of all the overwhelming data and science from sources including the CDC, schools still insist on keeping our children's faces covered with masks the CDC admits do nothing. Why?
