When Governor John Bel Edwards addressed "The Pastor in Central" problem

A Throwback Thursday reminder of what we fight for. This is when Governor John Bel Edwards of Louisiana addressed the issue of "The Pastor in Central..."--who, by the way, is Pastor Tony Spell. Govenor: "In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't make sense." HOW? Does it make sense NOW, saints?
