Why are world leaders removing Christians from Society?

Is the elitist in their hatred for Christians getting the world ready for the rapture of the church? On a global scale Christians are being persecuted against. They are being driven out of politics, schools, healthcare and more... Is the world being set up to explain away the rapture of the Church?
