A new video out shows Ashi Babbit confronting police blasting them for allowing rioters to smash windows and not calling for backup. The video appears to be just moments before she was shot in the head by police.
There are now 29 House Democrats not seeking reelection this year.
Ray Epps, the man on camera calling for the crowd to enter the Capital on January 6th, but suspiciously has not been charged with anything, will be going under oath for the January 6th Committee.
Last week, Democrats used the Senate filibuster. This week Democrats want to eliminate the Senate filibuster.
