World of Warships Tech Tree Spotlight: Shenyang

Slightly above average gameplay review of the Pan-Asian Tier III Tech Tree Destroyer Shenyang, in World of Warships Legends. The Shenyang is a Minekaze-class destroyer (Namikaze) awarded to the Republic of China as a war prize following WWII (despite my commentary saying otherwise!).
