First REAL bench day with my ARCH NEMESIS bar from Bells of Steel.

Went with the widest neutral grip on the bar, and it felt ok at first, and a little funky when I got to 225, but def felt better on this last set of 6 (out of 4 sets at 225lbs)

Started with POWER BLOCK fly's, sets of 40, 50 and 2 at 60lbs x 12reps before moving into these benches...

Finished off with weighted dips, and man o man it was good to be doing these again, will post vid!
