The Division 2 - First Wave Survivor Build: High-End (Yellow) Build

Again, I'm a pretty huge fan of builds that allow me to just hop on and enjoy the open world, without having to sit on one part of the game's content (i.e. legendary, raids, summit..). Let me know in the comments below what you all are interested in. Do you like being op, or challenged or even BOTH?
