When a person goes to the doctor and says that he has poor eyesight, the doctor has about 10-15 minutes per patient and he cannot say for sure why the patient has a deterioration in his vision, whether he did not give his eyes a rest and spent a whole day at the screen, and his eye muscles got spasmodic and cannot refocus now.
