Power Pack Rebuild part 1

We're going to rebuild and update an MRC 402 power pack to include some indicator lights. We'll add a 12 foot cord so we can use this as a portable testing unit. We might add a fan and who knows what else, but we need a decent, small, portable unit to test various things on location wherever those things might be.
