Are Mask Orders and Jury Trial Suspensions Constitutional?

Madam President of the Idaho Senate, Janice McGeachin, welcomes Chief Justice of the Idaho Supreme Court, G Richard Bevin to the Senate Floor. He reports on his actions to suspend the Constitutions and restrict court access to "keep people safe" then begs for increase in judge salaries and money to fund the mandatory online court program as he apparently plans for the pandemic to go on several more years. The Senate stand to applaud when he is done and President McGeachin shakes his hands and thanks him and his cronies for all they have been doing "on behalf" of the people of Idaho. I'm calling BS and Shananigins!
