Self Discovery in Self Defense (Part 2)

My name is Sandra Thelen; I am a certified safety and self defense trainer. My journey through abuse, sexual assault, mental health issues have raised me to a place I never thought I could be. God is showing me my story each day. Each day I invite Jesus in I learn new truths and strength I never knew I had, even in revealing roots of hurt and sin of my past has shown me his great love.

God has put it on my heart to share this truth with others and offer his wisdom and gift at no charge. If you live in the state of Michigan, any churches, schools, and organizations we have a program for ALL believers and seekers called Biblical principles of Self Defense; where we show you in Gods word how he instructs us in all things especially in defense of evil. We will also train self defense techniques with this program at no charge.
