Leaders are civil Servants of We the People!

Hired or Elected if you will, to do a job We the People relegate to them.

So, my Solution Point for this post is this...
Let us Focus on Reality for a moment to remember Who we are, What we are as a Republic, and We the People need to Be the Leaders of our Country as it was founded.

Just saying... Center ourselves.. Remember.

If there is Chaos, it is because We are LAIZE FAIR BOSSES.

LETS GET OUR EMPLOYEES IN LINE!

Verbal warning, Written warning, Termination...

Then Termination is necessary and healthy to all the other 'Employees' to see.
