New JavaScript Raycasting Engine #2

Working on a new raycasting engine in pure JavaScript, using 2D canvas and no libraries. This time I have added support for skycasting, rain/lightning, dynamic point lighting, multiple wall heights, gun/hands, and more. Check out the progress here:
