Is Funny Farm Even a Funny Movie?

Is Funny Farm even a funny movie? It's been a hotly debated topic for decades, and I finally get the chance to put in MY two cents, for once. And you CANNOT click away once the video starts playing, you have to watch it entirely or else my opinion won't fully count.
