False Prophets| False Dreams & Visions| A Warning to the Church

Reading Jeremiah 23 and Ezekiel 13 and some other scriptures that warn of false prophets, false dreams, and false visions. The Lord gives out strong warnings and rebuke of those stating "The Lord declares!" When it is not in His Word or does not align with His Word. The Word became flesh...that is Jesus! May we always align everything with the Word of God. We know God does gives dreams as well, but some dreams can also be influenced by outside factors and even satan/demons. We must be careful to not be led astray! We are told in the Bible that there will be wolves in sheep's clothing as well. Some people are just wrong in their doctrine and interpretation, not everyone is purposely deceiving, some are just deceived themselves!

Also, a note on the division between pre-trib, pre-wrath/mid-trib doctrine...let us not allow the enemy to cause continual divide with this. We should be careful how we speak of those in the body who just interpret this different. Many of us love the Lord and long for His coming, even if we don't see a pre-trib rapture. We still believe in the rapture and love and study His Word. So, do not be quick to assume all who do not see the same are false prophets or false teachers, or trying to cause division. That is not the truth. Let us all stay humble and teachable to the Holy Spirit, remembering all any of us can do is wait and see- wait upon the Lord. It is Gods plan and Gods timing.
