Clots found in people that have died from bioweapon injections

What is it in the bioweapon drug that is killing people in large numbers around the world. Over 400 athletes have dropped dead during sporting events. Who knows how many if we count while training too.

Post mortem observations noticed by society of board certified embalmers noticed changes after people started receiving these injections. Whatever is in these blood clots may be causing the short-term death of the people who have allowed the bioweapon to be injected into their body. If we are able to prolong their life by preventing short-term death, we may be able to cure reactivate the damaged immune systems of the injected and stop the inevitable long-term deaths.
